Personal Development

Here's a little something I did with Harry Bolman about personal development. It was on a show called "The Vegan Hour". Even though this was focused on Veganism; keep an open mind and see how these nuggets of gold can help you or someone you know to start to turn their lives around. As you'll see, we had a great time.
