Do You Want to Lose More Weight & Make More MONEY in 2016?
Do you want to make more $$$, and lose more weight in 2016? People spend BILLIONS on figuring this out usually with poor results.
Working harder isn't necessarily going to do it. Could it be working smarter? Or could it be as simple as changing your mindset?. You have to realise that what you've done to get you to the point that you are now, is not going to get you where you want to be; is it? Remember the quote, "Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change?" Well this neat little trick will defiantly work, yet it's so simple that most either won't believe it or won't do it, or they'll say I already know what Cary is talking about, and that doesn't work. I'm sorry to say that if you think that way, do you think that you'll be successful in your new endeavour?

How about if you ask the question to yourself, when I get paid, am I getting paid by salary or commission? Can you see where this is going? When do most people work harder; when they get paid by salary or Commission (performance?) I know, I know, I hear some of you say well I would work just as hard on salary as I would on commission. I certainly didn't mean you; I meant the others who would not work harder if they just earned salary as pay. lol.
For some (certainly not you,) they just won't put in that extra effort when they're on salary. Sure they may show up to work and put in the time required (because they're getting paid for it,) yet they usually don't go above and beyond do that? Do you know of anyone like this? Hmmm.
Anyway back to the secret of making more money and losing more weight. You have to play a trick on your mind as far as making more money if your on a salary. Go that extra mile where you work, be more valuable to the owner, always volunteer for what ever is needed without being asked. Could you give the boss some suggestions on how the business could be more efficient, or how to save the boss more money, or even how to make the business/boss more money? I promise you the "Boss" will notice you. You might be saying, hey Cary, where's that extra money coming from that you said would be if I tried this one trick?
Here it is grasshopper, who do you think the boss is going to give the raise too, or the bonus to for that money saving/ getting idea, or the promotion that you wanted? More importantly is these interesting financial times; who do you think would be the one who would be the last to go (keeping their job) when the axe starts chopping dead wood from their business? BTW: I hear you screaming, I do all of this with no results from the "Boss" aspect. If your getting no results, do you think that you could start something on the side that you love and are passionate about (remember the commission mindset?) When you do this, don't have ""I want to make money" at the front of the list. It should be at the back of the line. Kooky isn't it? Take the money aspect and shrink it down. Provide value and content. This isn't a get rich quick scheme. It's a journey, a wonderful journey. Hmmm.
Screw the extra money Cary, tell me how to lose weight; NOW!
Okay, now the moment most have been waiting for (not you of course,) on how to lose weight. Could it be that you would lose weight if you played a trick on your mind by saying to yourself that you would get a million dollar contract staring in a Hollywood movie, but to get that contract you have to lose x amount of weight? Think performance clause /commission. Change your focus of, I've tried everything, and it doesn't seem to be working, to I'm going to make 1 million dollars and star in a Hollywood movie when (not if,) I lose this weight. Your "salary" type of thinking got you (sorry, your friends thinking) to be larger than they would like to be. Change the mind set to "commission" type of thinking. Do what you've never done before. Get uncomfortable, shake things up. Change your focus from salary to; if I don't get off of my lazy ass and make something happen that I'm not going to have a roof over my head, to a commission mindset that will get you to a life that you've always dreamed of. I'm waiting.
